A crisp and golden German Helles with a twist. Light and malty with hints of vanilla bean and red fruits, this has been dry hopped with two New Zeland varieties, Wakatu and Pacific Jade to give it a floral, zesty lime and spiced aroma.
A high ester-producing cider strain imparting wonderful flavour depth, revealing the full fruit potential. Makes exceptionally crisp, flavoursome and refreshing ciders.
Ferments at 12-28 degrees, 1 packet of yeast is used to ferment 23L
