Each Duo pouch is cold filled using the latest nitrogen technology to provide the ultimate contamination protection. This low temperature process retains the delicate flavours and aromas traditionally lost during the pasteurisation of cans by prolonged heating and
hot filling.
The Duo-pack pouch has twin pockets, one for the yeast and one for the malt. When the top of the pouch is opened, the yeast sachet is removed from one side and the hopped malt extract is poured from the other side into the fermenter
for brewing.
