Add hop bag to 500ml (2 cups) boiling water and allow to steep for 10 minutes to release flavour while you prepare brew.
Add contents including teabag into the fermenter just before you add the yeast.Galaxy imparts passionfruit and citrus flavours and aromas which are more intense the later the addition.
