Saflager S-23 Yeast, 11.gr Belgian Lager yeast can be fermented between 9-22 degrees. Ideally 12-15 degrees.
1 sachet does 10-15 litres (use two sachets for a 23 litre wort)
Safale US-05 Yeast, 11.gr American ale yeast can be fermented between 12-25 degrees. Ideally 15-22 degrees.
