Details
Ginger Extreme Ginger Beer Kit contains ginger syrup, dried ginger root, dried lemon peel, and yeast nutrient. It is best brewed with 1 or 2kg of sugar which while give you between 3% to 5% alcohol strength. As this kit does not contain any malt extract the Ginger Extreme Ginger Beer Kit is Gluten free just as long as no malt extract or brew boosters is add to the kit.
Recommend yeast to go with Ginger Extreme is Lallemand Voss (Kveik ale yeast) or Lalvin EC-1118.
