When making Gin from scratch. Simply make your spirit wash as normal, once finished, put your Gin Botanicals blend into the basket. Screw the basket onto the Turbo 500 condenser or onto the Alembic Pot Still condenser. Then re-distill as per instructions.
Gin Botanicals Blends (consumables) are available separately on our website, this blend consists of juniper berries, coriander seeds, liquorice root and citrus peels. when used in conjunction with the T500 or Alembic Dome Still & Botanical Basket, makes a beautiful authentic tasting Gin.

Juniper Berries are great to add to Gin, Especially those essences that replicate Bombay style Gin’s!
Crush the berries between your fingers to pop them, and add some to each bottle of gin to your own taste, 2 berries per bottle is our recommendation!
