A/ All items purchased through either our internet service or telephone mail order service can be returned for refund under the following conditions.

1. Items are returned at buyers expense

2. Items returned as charge receiver will not be accepted

3. Items must be returned in a undamaged and unused condition to receive a refund.

4. Items received damaged or broken will be handled as per our delivery policy

5. Faulty items will be replaced at no charge provided they have been used as per the manufacturers instructions, and postage will be piad for by Sisam Pty Ltd.

B/ All items come with a 30 day replacement warrenty under the following conditions.
