For fermentation of sugar, potato or grain mash for distillation of Gin spirit using the Turbo 500 Boiler or Grainfather Brewing System with either the Turbo 500 Stainless Steel Condenser or Turbo 500 Copper Condenser.Instructions:
Add directly to fermentation vessel and leave to ferment at 12-32C ambient air temperature for optimum performance and quality. -

When making Gin from scratch. Simply make your spirit wash as normal, once finished, put your Gin Botanicals blend into the basket. Screw the basket onto the Turbo 500 condenser or onto the Alembic Pot Still condenser. Then re-distill as per instructions.
Gin Botanicals Blends (consumables) are available separately on our website, this blend consists of juniper berries, coriander seeds, liquorice root and citrus peels. when used in conjunction with the T500 or Alembic Dome Still & Botanical Basket, makes a beautiful authentic tasting Gin.
